The Interceptor scan gauge works on vehicles 1996 and newer (some of the newer vehicles [some 2005 and up] require a different gauge, before buying please be aware that we do not stock many with the new communication system due to lower demand so your gauge will likely be drop shipped to you). The Interceptor gauge gets its information from your vehicle's computer allowing you to see exactly what the computer sees. This allows you to monitor the oxygen sensors and air/fuel mixture for tuning purposes or any other sensor the vehicle has. Available with your choice of face and bezel colors as well as your choice of display colors. The available display colors include white/black (usually in stock for GM), blue/black (usually in stock for GM and for Chrysler), red/black (usually in stock for GM), and green/black (usually in stock for Ford). The display colors can be inverted (white with black letters or black with white letters). The included bezel colors are black and polished silver, a brushed silver bezel is available for an additional $10. The included face colors are black and white with other optional faces available or $10 each. The gauge is 2 1/16 inches in diameter so it will fit in most standard gauge housings and pillar pods. The gauge's bezel screws off allowing easy bezel or face plate changes. It features 2 display fields each capable of displaying up to 25+ essential operating parameters in real time. 1996/1997 GM V8 trucks offer a little less information. Reads and clears diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's). Records and replays logged data. There is a programmable shift light using two super bright LED's. The gauge has a variable scan rate plus performance timer. The performance mode will measure 0-60, 1/8 and 1/4 mile e.t. and MPH. The warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. The manufacturer no longer drop ships outside of the US. International buyers wanting a gauge that is not currently in stock be aware that there will be a delay of approximately 7-10 days while the correct gauge is ordered.
